Additional fees may include charges related to your Pets (Dogs/Cats), Community Amenities/Clubhouse Fees (for the cleaning & maintenance of these spaces), as well as Administrative/Application Fees at the time of submitting your request to live at TRELLIS Durham RTP. These fees are separate from the Rent Package and remain subject to change.
